New Year Resolutions 2013

Remember these goals I had for 2012? Yes, I know. Same $h!t different day. *sigh*

Well I'm going to try again, because as they say 'You can't change the past, but you can create a new future'.

I was introduced to The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin by a medical practitioner. Truth be told, I haven't read the book yet, but I am going to use it to help me get my life on track.


So once again, here are my resolutions.
  1. Blog More.
  2. Easier said than done.
  3. Get Healthy/Cook Everyday/Loose Weight.
  4. Little steps.
  5. Read at more.
  6. At least one book a month.
  7. Photo A Day Challenge (PAD)
  8. I tried this last year.
  9. Go on more Family oriented outings/Do
    more useful things with the kids.
  10. Rather than spending a beautiful day at home.
  11. Spend one day a week on me.
  12. Go to a movie, have a bubble bath, get a massage.
    Whatever, as long as it's about Me!
  13. Bake/Cook more.
  14. Not just cooking dinner, but making something special.
  15. Stress Less/Let It Go & Move On
  16. There are lots of things that are stressing me out & I
    need to let them go. It's time to leave them behind.
  17. Get more sleep
  18. Go to sleep at the same time every night, whether I'm
    working or not.
Wish me luck, because I am going to need it.

And before I hit publish, I'd like to wish you & yours a very Happy New Year & I hope all your hopes & dreams come true in 2013.
