Footy Frenzy Friday NAB Cup 2012
Even though that ticker on the right is still counting down to the 'real' footy season, the 2012 AFL year kicked off last night with the first round of the NAB Cup.With the Tigers playing the Hawks & the Kangaroos, we should have been there, but due to issues, we were not. We ended up sitting at home & watched the 3 games on the all new reborn Fox Footy.
Results as follows:
Game 1 - North Melbourne 0.7.2 - 44 d Richmond 0.6.5 - 41.
Game 2 - Hawthorn 1.6.8 - 53 d North Melbourne 0.4.4 - 28.
Game 3 - Richmond 0.6.4 - 40 d Hawthorn 0.5.7 - 37.
Round 1 continues tonight, with the AFL debut of the GWS Giants.
