October Weigh In

Like I said in my 'Why Bother' post, I have no idea why I keep posting about my weight loss/gain. I keep putting myself out there, yet am not really committed to the challenge. *Sigh*

Last Weigh In Weight (Sept 4, 2012): 95.4kg
This Weigh In Weight (Oct 4, 2012): 96.5kg
Loss/Gain From Last Weigh In: 1.1 kg
Loss/Gain To Date: -2.9kg
Short Term Goal: 95kgs
Loss To Achieve Short Term Goal: 1.5kgs
Long Term Weight Goal: 75kgs
Loss To Achieve Long Term Goal: 21.5kgs
