Question for my Aussie blog readers.

Has anyone enrolled their child in a council kinder, been stuffed around by the council, the kinder & the people running the kinder, then decided to change your kinder preference because of it?

Long story, but I've been put off by the kinder & the company running it. I'm wondering if I can change my preference at such a late date. Any advice appreciated.
