Week 3 Weigh In

This is too easy. Another loss (although small) & no exercise or change of diet in sight. OK, we haven't eaten take away & got through 90% of our Menu plan. I've also gone back to work, so I suppose you could call that exercise.

Starting Weight: 95.3kg
Last Week's Weight: 94.3kg
This Week's Weight: 93.8kg
Loss/Gain From Last Week: -0.5kg
Loss/Gain To Date: -1.5kg
Short Term Weight Goal: 90kgs
Loss Require To Achieve Short Term Weight Goal: 3.8kgs
Long Term Weight Goal: 75kgs
Loss Require To Achieve Long Term Weight Goal: 18.8kgs
