We were sick here last week so I didn't expect much, but I've had another loss. It's again under a kg, but it is a loss.

Last Week's Weight: 93.8kg
This Week's Weight: 93kg
Loss/Gain From Last Week: -0.8kg
Loss/Gain To Date: -2.3kg
Short Term Weight Goal: 90kgs
Loss Require To Achieve Short Term Weight Goal: 3kgs
Long Term Weight Goal: 75kgs
Loss Require To Achieve Long Term Weight Goal: 18kgs
