I have been a bad girl & haven't been doing my ICLW homework. I've replied to a few blogs, but with my early starts, I've actually been going to bed early & not replying to as many as I would have liked to (excuses, excuses). Anyway...

Fertility clinics should be allowed to transfer two embryos rather than just one to a woman during IVF treatment if she and her partner, together with the doctor, believe it is in their best interests, say the authors of a controversial new study...

Weekly Weigh In - Jan 4, 2012

I plan to move some weight in 2012. Ha! Ha! I know.

My first goal is to get below 95kgs, because as you can see below, I've put on heaps of weight since my last weigh in post.

Firstly I need to get off my backside & start exercising. Secondly, I need to give up my beloved soft drink & that will be a challenge in itself.

I bought myself a Doughnut Maker for Christmas. It's one of those heat up, pour in the mixture, cook itself ones. Anyway, I used it for the first time last Saturday & they weren't half bad.

Well I was planning on loosing weight, reading more & getting more sleep. So far, I have failed.

Rather than fail my 3 in 30 / Monthly Missions every month, I have decided to do a 12 in 2012. This way, I can concentrate on 12 big goals for the whole year & update on them monthly.
