Menu Plan Monday #13

Let's get back on track.

- Time to eat more healthy.
- Time to lose weight.
- Time to save money.

Menu Plan Monday is back!

Here is our meal plan for this week.



Monday: Sausages w Gravy, Mash & Veg
Tuesday: Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir Fry w Rice
Wednesday: Takeaway
Thursday: Eating Out at Grandparents house
Friday: Homemade Fish & Chips
Saturday: Homemade Burgers
Sunday: Pasta

With the kids starting school this year, hopefully I will be able to have one day per week, where I can pre prepare a few meals. Whether that includes cooking & freezing or just preparing is another story, but if I kick start my fresh start, then everything SHOULD fall into place.
